Pastry Sous Chef

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pastry Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a busy and rewarding working environment and applicants must be team players who understand quality and the importance of food safety. There is opportunity for career progression and this roles requires you to work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef.
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum of two years' experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a comparable environment
- Relevant qualifications
- Excellent communication, time management & organisation skills
- Passion for service delivery and the Hospitality Industry
- Strong commitment to teamwork
- Passion for pastry and is experienced and capable in large banquets and diverse functions, fine dining, a la carte & café operations.
